ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assign duties to employees within the EVS department.
  2. Assist in EVS duties, removing litter from public spaces, cleaning ash trays, slot machines, cleaning and stocking restrooms, cleaning spills in nightclubs, covering housekeeping calls, shampooing carpets.
  3. Inspect work to see that employees are performing up to standards.
  4. Answer calls to the radio and respond as needed.
  5. Communicates with following shift regarding work that needs to be done, supplies that need to be ordered and equipment or products that need repair.
  6. Other related duties assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direction to employees and oversee task completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have at least one year of casino and hotel cleaning experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

None

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Basic computer knowledge preferred.
