Job Description:

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Anticoagulation Clinical Pharmacistat Nellis Air Force Base, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Clinical Pharmacist position offers:

M-F - hours between 7:00am - 5:00pm (8hr shift with 1 hour meal break)

Job Requirements:

The Pharmacist will have the following requirements:

• Board Certified in one or more of the pharmacy specialties recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, or
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy, or
• Documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy
• Any state license
• Minimum 12 months experience with anticoagulation service. The Anticoagulation pharmacist shall have been actively employed in the practice of pharmacy or in
  20 training for 24 of the last 36 months. Must also have sufficient experience within the past 24 months in actively performing as a pharmacist.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with an AC Therapy Management and Diabetes Management Certification or continuously employed in the practice of AC therapy and/or diabetic therapy.
