Sales/Office Administrator

Mission:

Under general supervision, print/sleeve work routers to release to the production floor, move inventory from the middle warehouse to the production floor, process purchase orders and perform data entry, generate quotes, export compliance AFCO, maintain data entry and integrity, and general administrative tasks as necessary.

Work Shift

  • Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Essential Job Functions:

  • Print routers and place the work orders in sleeves for work orders that have been released to the floor.
  • Data entry and upkeep using various systems VIS, Innovator, and Web Focus.
  • Facilitate obtaining a license for any ITAR controlled product and update the system accordingly.
  • Facilitate in obtaining the correct documentation for ITAR controlled products and update accompanying systems.
  • Work closely with FCO on any ITAR related issues.
  • Complete end user statements and any other ITAR requirements.
  • Assist with transfers form other facilities if needed and maintain transfer data.
  • Move inventory and stage incoming inventory (CLIN/CLO).
  • Update any purchase orders or line items as needed.
  • Assist the sales staff when needed.
  • Other office administrator tasks as needed.
  • Any other task or assignment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiar or previous experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, read, follow, and interpret instructions on technique cards, code sheets as well as other verbal or written instructions.
  • Self-starter and takes initiative on tasks.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED.
  • Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
