Title Traffic Control Plan Designer (Las Vegas, NV) Description

JOB SUMMARY: Design and create traffic control plans to meet specific needs of customers using Rapid Plan and Adobe software. This is a production position requiring hands on knowledge and usage of tools and equipment.

  • Design Traffic Control Plans for Temporary Traffic Control projects using Rapid Plan and Adobe software.
  • Submit Traffic Control Plans to contractors and authorities for approval.
  • Assist dispatch department with scheduling upcoming work and communicating with customers.
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Computer experience in Rapid Plan is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of MUTCD standards and local government temporary traffic control requirements is a plus.
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Understand and follow instructions as given.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be organized, highly motived, can prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
