**This position is a on-site role based out of our Las Vegas Office**

About you

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are a creative individual who is ready to support the design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms, print, digital and info graphical. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients in multiple markets!

In this role, you will...

  • design and produce visual marketing materials, including but limited to, new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects

  • create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs

  • support a statewide team of top-producing commercial real estate associates through producing custom designed proposal books, offering memorandum, brochures, placemats, specialty folders and inserts, property flyers, email blasts, postcards, maps, aerials, and floor & site plans.

  • design the elements for a successful client engagement (digital, print, interactive, etc.) and facilitate the process from start to finish

  • communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain a versatile and adaptable approach to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • stay informed on the latest marketing trends & technology to help accelerate the success of your clients.

  • devise strong visual solutions for research-based information, such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables

  • be responsible for updating a project management system, including updating internal and external information.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing rolein commercial real estate or a professional sales environment

  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
