Business Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and be responsible for lead generation and target selling. The Inside Sales Specialist primary responsibility is to Build a pipeline of prospects by reaching out to various construction professional such as engineers, builders and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building a sales funnel generating leads via LinkedIn, GTM Leads, cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities to inform engineers, contractors and Wholesalers on ventilation and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Supporting lead generation activities such as trainings, webinars, and marketing campaigns
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships with assigned NE customers.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing qualified leads to the field sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database & recording details about client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Generating quotes, following up with customers on generated quotes and tracking wins and losses.
  • Work qualified sales lead conjointly with the sales team with the objective of closing the sale.

Job Requirements:

  • You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent relative work experience.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.
  • You should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • You have experience in customer service, and relationship building is highly desirable.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.

Physical Requirements:

  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits and other field sales travel as may be required to stay informed of market requirements and competitive conditions or to assist in selling efforts.
