Responsibilities

The HR Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The position leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works in close contact with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas.

The HR Director plays a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

Spring Mountain has two locations to serve the diverse community of Las Vegas, Nevada. With Spring Mountain Treatment Center and Spring Mountain Sahara, we have a wealth of resources to provide targeted care to children, teens, adults, and seniors in secure, therapeutic environments that promote recovery and healing.

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. Spring Mountain Sahara is primarily for adults age 55 and over. Sahara offers a continuum of acute, inpatient psychiatric care staffed by a multidisciplinary team specialized in the care of seniors.

The ideal HR Director candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional areas of human resources. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.


Qualifications

The HR Director position requires:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in human resources, three years' HR management experience, and two years' of healthcare preferred.

Certification: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
