The Platinum Hotel seeks an experienced Line Cook for our Room Service, Restaurant and Pool menus. Starting pay is up to $19 per hour based on your qualifications.
Prepare food served using established production procedures and systems
Understand and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and procedures
Complies with established sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards.
Maintains current health card credentialing and has in possession at all time
Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Executive Chef
Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
Follows proper plate presentation and garnish procedures
Assist in food prep assignments
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area, including: tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, ovens, flat top, refrigeration equipment, etc.
