This position seeks the best candidate that fits into the organization culture, pace of work, and business environment. The proper candidate will be able to work in a Technical Helpdesk supporting multiple US Government Programs.

Primary operations are managed out of our Las Vegas, NV.Office: 1160 N Town Center Dr Suite 130 Las Vegas, NV 89144

Hybrid positionrequiring 3-4 days a week onsite at Las Vegas office

  • Hiring will be contingent on a US Government clearance and may delay the hiring process by approximately 60 days.
  • Support a database related to Public Enrollment into a US Government Program.
  • Answers technical phone calls, emails, and messages from Helpdesk and Field Support .
  • Resolves problems or contacts more senior technical support as necessary.
  • Provides support for Helpdesk and Field Support technicians it related to the Customer Database, Active Directory, and ServiceNow environment.
  • Design, maintain, and participate in implementing solutions for new requirements and existing processes.
  • Participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.
  • Manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow environment features including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Reporting, Ticketing/Incident, Asset Management, and LDAP/VPN/Email/SMS Integrations.
  • Open and contribute to Change Control and Vendor support tickets.
  • Contributes to and maintains existing documentation related to database processes and architecture.
  • Schedule and monitor deployment of ServiceNow patches and releases.
  • Create and maintain user interface settings and system properties for internal team as well as external customers.
  • Research and stay current in ServiceNow technologies as well as other project related tools and applications.

Job Requirements
  • High School plus advanced training, and 3 - 4 yrs. of IT related job experience.
  • Under general supervision, capable of performing all jobs including the most complex.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices; only asks for supervision for unusual cases.
  • May assist and train less experienced personnel.
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems, and maintaining Active Directory (AD).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Administration and ITSM.
  • Experience working and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • A professional, get-it-done attitude with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
    • In addition to a successful interview, a candidate for this position must be able to hold a Department of Homelands (DHS) Security clearance.
    • After a successful interview process, clearance will be started with DHS.
    • When clearance is approved, and offer letter will be sent.
