THE JOB:

As a Bell Person, you will contribute to fabulous guest experiences with your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide a high level of guest service to all guests by smiling and greeting warmly

• Maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearance

• Collect, transport, deliver, and store luggage and guest items

• Assist with group deliveries, group baggage, and various amenities

• Answer guest inquiries about the property and MGM

• Complete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related forms

• Make and receive phone calls requesting information, services and deliveries

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age

• Customer service experience

• Ability to operate in multiple systems at once

• Previous Bell service preferred

• Ability to work various shifts

STARTING PAY:

$14.70 per hour + tips
