Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner and consult with leaders, HR business partners, and L&D functions in the areas of org-design, succession planning, competency development, talent and development assessments, and change management.
  • Lead entire workstreams within strategic initiatives to solve enterprise problems such as retention, engagement, and leadership development
  • Develop analytics, metrics and reporting, as needed to drive talent and organizational strategy
  • Lead job analysis projects, including but not limited to internal and external research, leading focus groups, one-on-one research interviews, job observations, surveys, and development of competency models
  • Develop performance evaluations, assessments and metrics
  • Develop solutions to disseminate company-wide competency frameworks and performance assessment tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of talent tools and processes through research, feedback and analysis
  • Partner with external vendors to identify and implement innovative talent solutions
  • May also contribute to projects related to performance management, job design, talent development, survey design etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years of business talent and/or organizational development experience.
  • Advanced project management, organizational and analytics skills to manage multiple projects, processes and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience driving change management programs throughout organization
  • Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to executives
  • Well-developed relationship and consultative skills, including proven ability to influence without positional power, ability to establish and maintain broad networks and relationships
  • Flexible and effectively deals with high levels of change and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing a talent strategy or elements of talent management to include talent assessments, reviews, metrics, consultation, etc.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated application of organization development principles such as management and leadership development principles, organizational change management, culture assessments, organization design, team effectiveness, organizational assessment methodologies/tools, coaching and consulting, OD principles, and relevant OD metrics and analytics

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,800.00-$121,600.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
