  • You would have the opportunity to oversee the daily activities of a sales, service and administrative team.

Responsibilities:

General Manager responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating all business activities of one or more BPC operations within assigned area, including sales, service, inventory, and distribution.
  • Responsible for meeting goals and objectives of assigned BPC and is accountable for targeted revenue, gross profit, net income, and EBIDTA.
  • Responsible for location’s implementation and adherence of company procedures and policies.


Qualifications:

Qualifications for this rewarding opportunity include:

  • Must have 5+ years experience managing the sales and service functions within an office equipment setting, including coaching, performance management, and communication.

  • P/L experience is required.

  • Proven leadership skills.

  • Successful record of recruiting, selecting and orienting new hires.

  • Experience in creating and developing sales plans, running a warehouse and tracking inventory.

  • Technologically savvy and PC literate.

  • Industry Experience is Required
